Looking to level up your career in construction? We're on the hunt for reliable, hardworking Hammerhand's to join the Tradestaff team. If you've got hands that know their way around timber, tools, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:

• Assist carpenters with framing, formwork, and general site duties
• Operate hand and power tools with precision and safety
• Measure, cut, hold, lift, and repeat — you know the drill (sometimes literally)
• Keep the site tidy, materials ready, and the momentum going

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in construction or building sites (minimum 1 year)
• Solid work ethic and reliability — rain or shine, you're there and you're keen
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team, big or small
• Tools are a plus
