GPS Grader Operator Location: Tauranga, Bay of Plenty'

Start date: To be confirmed
Pay rate: $35–45 per hour (paid weekly)

We’re looking for a skilled GPS Grader Operator to join a hardworking civil crew in Tauranga. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience on the controls, confidence reading site plans, and the ability to deliver high-precision final trim results using GPS technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate GPS-equipped graders to accurately spread, level, and trim materials
• Read and interpret plans to meet site specifications and tolerances
• Use in-cab 3D model data to ensure precision grading
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and monitor GPS system accuracy
• Perform basic maintenance, refueling, and equipment upkeep
• Follow all site safety protocols and work collaboratively with site teams
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew to meet project goals
• Identify and report mechanical or GPS-related issues as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating GPS-equipped graders
• WTR endorsement
• Class 2–4 driver licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Clean criminal history
