What we are looking for:

• Reliability- You need to turn up for work every day, your team are counting on you!
• Fit and Strong -  A lot of the roles require a high level of fitness
• Work Ethics - You are there to do a job and do it well
• Punctuality - You must arrive on time for work
• Driving licence/Flexibility - You must have your own reliable transport and be flexible to work across the Christchurch area
• Availability- Must be available to start immediately
