We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-focused Administrator to join one of our Lower Hutt–based clients in a long-term, Monday to Friday role.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on admin work in a factory environment and is confident working with data and documentation.

The Role You’ll be supporting the factory team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including:
- Data entry
- Processing and managing factory paperwork
- General administrative support for the factory operations
- Proven admin experience (factory or industrial environment preferred)
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A reliable work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Monday – Friday | 7:30am – 5:00pm
- $28–$29 per hour, depending on experience
