Looking to build your skills in the construction industry while working indoors and out of the elements? We’re on the hunt for a reliable, practically minded labourer to join a busy truss and frame manufacturing team based in Mosgiel.

Location: Mosgiel, Dunedin
Start date: January start available
Pay rate: $26 per hour (paid weekly)
This is a hands-on role in a construction-based factory environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a production team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Measuring and cutting timber to precise specifications
• Operating saws, nail guns and other air-powered tools
• Assembling prefabricated wall frames and roof trusses
• Assisting with general factory and production duties

Previous truss and frame experience is highly valued but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person.

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and physically fit (repetitive manual work involved)
• Health & safety conscious
• Own reliable transport
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice check
