Key Responsibilities: Welding & Assembly

• Cut, shape, and fit parts together using MIG/TIG/MMA welding and fabrication tools
• Build, repair, and assemble machinery and mechanical systems

Maintenance & Repair

• Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to reduce downtime

Technical Drawing Interpretation

• Read and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Understand tolerances, dimensions, and material specs for accurate fabrication

Quality Control

• Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect work
• Ensure all components meet required specs and standards

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and teammates
• Contribute to effective project planning and problem-solving

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven fabrication and welding experience (mill/industrial experience a bonus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to health & safety on the job
