APPLY NOW About the Role: We are seeking experienced Stainless Steel Welder/Fabricators to join our dynamic team in Hamilton. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, along with proven experience working with stainless steel, is essential for success in this role.?

Key Responsibilities:- Perform welding and fabrication tasks on diverse projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Utilize various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC.
- Select, clean, and prepare metal stock for fabrication.
- Fabricate, shape, and bend custom metal components and pipes using hand and machine tools, as well as plasma and laser cutters.
- Work with structural steel and other metal stock to repair metal products and structures such as boilers and pressure vessels.
- Examine welds for width of bead, penetration, and precision.
- Finish products by cleaning, polishing, filing, and bathing in acidic solutions.
- Join metal sections using various welding techniques, bolting, and riveting.
Skills and Experience:- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in stainless steel welding and fabrication.
- Trade qualifications are preferred; however, extensive experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
- Proven experience working with stainless steel, including cutting, welding, polishing, and fabricating components to precise specifications.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Possession of personal tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- At least two work references.
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
