Excavator Operator

Tradestaff are actively recruiting for one of our clients based in Lower Hutt. Tradestaff are in the business of recruiting tradespeople for trades-based jobs.

We have a few exciting opportunities with this client, all with reliable hours (0700/0730
 start, 1630/1700
 finish Monday-Friday) 

Our client is in the market for a front-line digger operator/excavator to join their Civil Construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operator who is looking for a new role. As an operator you should be comfortable digging around utilities.
The same client is looking for both class 2 and 4 drivers so any candidate with either license alongside a WTR endorsement would be highly desirable.

Skills & Experience required

• 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant role
• WTR endorsement and/or Class 2/4 licence
• Reliable transport to and from work is desirable
• Able to pass a pre employment drug test
