🚜 EXPERIENCED WTR OPERATOR – BUSY QUARRY | IMMEDIATE START
Tradestaff Wellington is seeking an experienced WTR operator for a hands-on role at a busy quarry. If you're an operator who is comfortable with not only driving machines but also performing essential maintenance and supporting the team with breakdowns, we want to hear from you!
🔧 About the Role:
In this varied, full-time role, you’ll be working across several different machines, including:

• Digger, loader, and dump truck operation
• Performing daily maintenance of quarry plant and machinery
• Assisting with breakdowns and other tasks across the quarry as needed

Due to the nature of quarry work, this role is not just about operating — it's hands-on and requires flexibility and a good work ethic to get the job done.

🕒 Hours:

• Up to 60 hours per week (mainly Monday to Friday)
• Occasional Saturday roster required

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar WTR operator role
• Current Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers (WTR) endorsement
• Hands-on attitude with a willingness to contribute across various tasks
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Experience with plant maintenance and breakdown assistance is a plus
