Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Drainlayer to join our team. As a Drainlayer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage systems, ensuring they function efficiently and meet all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain drainage systems, including stormwater and wastewater systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Calculate slopes and grades for proper water flow.
• Excavate and dig trenches using heavy machinery and hand tools.
• Lay pipes and sewer lines, ensuring correct alignment and connections.
• Install and repair manholes, catch basins, and other drainage infrastructure.
• Perform inspections and testing to identify and fix any issues.
• Collaborate with construction crews and engineers to ensure project success.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Drainlayer in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of drainage system components and installation techniques.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment (excavators, trenchers, etc.).
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
