Tradestaff have Drainlayer jobs available across Dunedin

We require experienced drainlayers to work on a wide variety of residential and commercial drainage, earthworks and civil work, new housing and developments.
 
Your tasks will include but not limited to;

• Studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of systems and materials required.
• Installing below-ground drainage systems and associated ground support systems.
• Maintain below-ground drainage systems and associated sewerage or effluent disposal systems
• Assisting with assembling and installing piping valves and fittings.
• Cleaning and carrying out repairs on stormwater drains and canals, and checking for cracks and leaks in sewerage systems

 
Ideally, you will have:

 

• Minimum 3+ years experience and/or Trade Qualification
• Class 1 licence
• PGDB registration or licenced – Preferred but not essential
• At least contactable 2 work references
• 100% commitment to Health and Safety
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• WTR Endorsements - Preferred but not essential

Pay range $30 - $40 depending on experience
