We’re seeking an experienced Trade Qualified Commercial Carpenter to join our client’s team working across a range of commercial builds, fit-outs, and maintenance projects. If you’re reliable, take pride in your workmanship, and enjoy being part of a professional crew, we want to hear from you.

About the Role You’ll be involved in:

• Commercial construction, framing, formwork, and finishing
• Interior fit-outs, refits, and refurbishments
• Reading plans, site prep, and ensuring work meets NZ building standards
• Taking the lead on-site when required and guiding a small team
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a tight-knit crew

What You Need

• New Zealand Trade Qualification in Carpentry (Level 4)
• Proven experience in commercial construction
• Ability to lead, delegate, and support less experienced team members
• Your own tools and reliable transport
• Strong understanding of site safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Site Safe. EWP and Working at Heights would be advantageous
• Willing and able to pass pre-employment drug test
