Civil Operators and Drivers Wanted – Christchurch

We’re looking for experienced civil operators to join our team. With a focus on diggere operations, we are offering full time hours and ongoing opportunities for the right people.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a variety of plant and machinery (excavators, vibratory hammers, pumps, trucks, and more)
• Work on projects including drainage, dewatering, trench excavation, and large pipelines
• Assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring efficiency on-site
• Complete trim work to a high standard

What We Need:

• Proven experience as a civil operator or driver
• Class 2 licence minimum (Class 4 or 5 and tipper experience a bonus)
• Experience in drainage and dewatering operations
• Reliable and able to work well within a team
• Drainage experience preferred
• Confidence with trim work
• The ability to pass a drug and alcohol test

What We Offer:

• Pay from $28 - $32 per hour (depending on experience)
• Full time work available, Monday-Friday!
