Qualified Carpenter

Carpentry work involves a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks, including framing, installing cabinetry, fitting doors and windows, and reading and interpreting building plans. Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Worksites vary between residential and commercial locations, so flexibility and adaptability are important. The role often includes working at heights, lifting heavy materials, and operating power tools, making it physically demanding and best suited to someone comfortable with hands-on work and being on their feet for extended periods.

All team members are required to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) on site, including steel-toe boots, high-vis clothing, and hearing/eye protection as needed. Our sites are strictly smoke- and vape-free, and mobile phone use is limited to break times.

Before employment begins, we conduct reference checks, verify trade qualifications, and require a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are essential for this role.
Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional weekend work or overtime depending on project deadlines.

The starting pay rate is $35.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
