General Labourer
Tradestaff Mt Wellington is looking for reliable General Labourers to get stuck into a range of sites across South and East Auckland.
From construction projects to site clean-ups and assisting skilled tradies, you’ll be right in the middle of the action helping keep jobs moving.
No two days are the same — one day you might be supporting a build on a busy site, the next helping prep and tidy for the next stage of work.
If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and seeing real progress on site, this is a great way to get involved.
Location: South & East Auckland, Auckland
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $25.00 – $26.00 p/h, paid weekly

What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting tradespeople on active construction sites
- General labouring including lifting, shifting, and site clean-up
- Helping keep sites organised, safe, and running smoothly
- Supporting different stages of construction projects
- Using basic tools and following site instructions
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands-on work
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Minimum restricted driver licence with reliable transport
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Construction or labouring experience is a bonus, not essential
- Site Safe (advantageous)
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Immediate start available
