Are you an experienced Frame & Truss Fabricator looking for steady, ongoing work with great hours? Tradestaff Christchurch is seeking reliable, skilled workers to join a busy manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment.
If you’ve got hands-on experience and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team, this is a solid opportunity to secure long-term work.

Location: East Christchurch
Start date: Immediate
Shift: 12:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay rate: $26–$28 per hour (paid weekly)

What you’ll be doing:

• Fabricating timber frames and trusses in a pre-nail environment
• Reading and following plans to ensure accurate builds
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Working within a production team to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in frame and truss fabrication (pre-nail preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret plans is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Own basic toolkit
