The Work: What Your Day Looks LikeWe have a variety of tasks across residential and commercial sites. Depending on your experience level, you’ll be jumping into:
General Labouring Tasks:
- Site Preparation: Clearing debris, moving materials, and setting up the "blank canvas" for the day's work.
- Support: Assisting our tradespeople with heavy lifting, managing deliveries, and keeping the site tidy and safe.
- The Essentials: Trenching, basic landscaping, and helping with concrete pours or fencing.
- Tool Operation: Competently using power tools (drills, grinders, circular saws) and compactors.
- Structural Work: Assisting with framing, installing insulation, or basic formwork.
- Precision: Reading basic site plans, measuring/cutting materials accurately, and taking the lead on specific tasks without constant supervision.
- Competitive Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on your skills and what you bring to the table.
