Production Supervisor

Tradestaff Christchurch are currently seeking an, an experienced production manager to be part of a high performing team based in Christchurch.
Due to significant growth within the aluminium industry, high demand for product there is now a great opportunity for an experienced manager.
This role may be suitable for a factory foreman wanting to progress their career.

You will be expected to: 

• Schedule jobs/delivery dates on the production planner, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely manner and to the highest quality
• Order and manage materials required for jobs, including processing and stock control
• Working in conjunction with the Factory Foreman to guarantee delivery dates
• Arrange delivery of jobs
• Liaise with clients, builders and the sales team
• Coordinate the maintenance, site glazing and installers
• Oversee the H&S in the factory
• Conduct toolbox talks

The successful applicant will possess the following: 

• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail and high quality of workmanship
• Work well in a team environment
• A can do attitude, a problem solver
