Key Responsibilities:
- Handle plant operator duties.
- Assist our operator staff, manage rosters, and ensure they thrive in their roles.
- Welcome new team members, make sure everyone gets well-deserved breaks, and tackle any issues with a smile.
- Plan our annual shutdown work and make sure we have all the permits in order.
- Be the heart and soul of production and quality control.
- Keep our site dancing to the tune of health and safety regulations.
- Support our amazing General Manager.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Staff supervision and being an excellent communicator.
- You've got the know-how in manufacturing operations or machinery.
- We'd love it if you bring some mechanical or plant engineering experience to the table.
- Safety is a big focus and you can follow compliance.
- You have basic computer skills
