The RolesCategory A: The Lead Navigator (Pilot/Assistant)As a Type A Pilot, you are the eyes and ears of the operation.

• The Mission: Safely guiding heavy haulage and specialized operators across major State Highways.
• The Work: Assisting with loading and ensuring every journey is mission-ready.
• The Lifestyle: Thriving in a night-shift environment with the flexibility for "stay-away" assignments when the job takes us across the regions.

Category B: The Site Specialist (Assistant)If you prefer a high-energy, active role, our Type B team is where the action happens.

• The Mission: Executing physically demanding work within Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) sites.
• The Work: High-intensity site support on State Highways requiring a high level of physical fitness.

CAP Assistant: The Technical SpecialistJoin the team dedicated to high-spec safety installations, specifically ATP Rumble Strips.

• The Mission: Supporting the operator with the precision installation of life-saving road features.
• The Work: Quality checks, assisting with loading, and ensuring technical standards are met on every stretch of road.

What You Bring to the TeamTo keep our operations running like clockwork, all applicants must have:

1. Licensing: A Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence (or higher).
2. TTM Certificate: Current Traffic Management qualification.
3. Site Safe Certificate: A valid ticket to ensure everyone goes home safe.

Role-Specific Requirements:

• For CAP Assistants: You must hold a current Dangerous Goods (D) Endorsement.
• For Type B Assistants: You must be physically fit and ready for the rigors of highway site work.
• For All: A "can-do" attitude toward night shifts and potential travel.
