Class 5 Driver

We’re on the lookout for experienced Class 4 & 5 Drivers with a background in the asphalt/roading industry to join a busy civil team in Tauranga. If you’re confident operating asphalt trucks and enjoy working alongside paving crews on site, this could be a great opportunity to get stuck into local work with an immediate start.
Location: Tauranga City
Start date: ASAP Start
Pay rate: Competitive rates + weekly pay

The Role You’ll be supporting asphalt and roading crews by safely operating Class 4/5 trucks and assisting with day-to-day site operations across Tauranga.
Key duties include:

• Operating Class 4/5 asphalt trucks
• Working alongside roading and asphalt crews on site
• Following site health & safety procedures
• Supporting the team to keep projects running smoothly

What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role you will have:

• A full Class 4 or Class 5 driver licence
• Proven experience in the asphalt or roading industry
• WTR endorsement
• Ability to work well with site crews and follow instructions
• Strong understanding of health & safety on civil worksites
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Reliable work ethic and good communication
