Nursery Manager – Urgently Required
Tradestaff is currently seeking an experienced Nursery Manager in Coatesville/Riverhead areas to take charge of day-to-day operations. With immediate motivation to fill this role, this is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a hands-on leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily nursery and yard operations, including deliveries
• Lead and supervise staff (people management)
• Oversee basic budgeting and financial management
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Complete reporting to the Trustee (based in Auckland)
• Ensure compliance with spray and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Class 2 licence (essential)
• Proven nursery management experience
• Strong people management skills
• Basic budget and finance management experience
• Computer literate
• Spray Certificate (essential)

Salary:
