- Leading and supervising staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Overseeing basic budgeting and financial management
- Completing reporting requirements
- Using computer systems for admin and operational tasks
- Previous nursery management experience
- Strong horticulture background
- Experience handling pesticides
- Current spray certificate
- Full Class 2 licence
- Confident people management and communication skills
- On-site parking
