Tradestaff are seeking a motivated Gardener / Softscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor spaces and a keen eye for detail, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role will primarily focus on softscaping tasks at various commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, parks, and other commercial grounds.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience as a softscape gardener, landscaper, or similar role, preferably in commercial settings
Strong knowledge of horticulture, plants, and landscape maintenance.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment
Familiarity with pest management and plant care
Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team or independently
