Are you an experienced machine operator looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a skilled and physically fit operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Te Rapa. You’ll be working with specialised thermal break machinery in a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the potential for ongoing work.

Location: Te Rapa, Hamilton
Start date: Day shift start with possible transition to PM shift once trained
Pay rate: $28–$30 per hour (paid weekly)

Your role will include:

• Operating thermal break machinery to insulate building materials
• Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting equipment for consistent quality
• Loading and unloading materials with care
• Inspecting materials before and after processing for quality control
• Recording defects and working with the quality team to resolve issues

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven machine operating experience
• Physical fitness for regular manual handling
• A forklift licence (an advantage but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good reliability and willingness to work variable shift lengths
