Class 2 Driver

We’re looking for a reliable Class 2 driver to join a busy scrap metal yard in Porirua. This is a physical, hands-on role using a Hiab to transport and move materials between sites. If you’re safety-conscious, confident behind the wheel, and keen to get started straight away, we want to hear from you.
Location: Porirua, Wellington
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: Starting from $28 per hour (paid weekly)
You’ll be responsible for:

• Transporting scrap materials between sites
• Operating a Hiab to move items on/off the truck
• Following safe loading and unloading practices

To be successful, you’ll need:

• A full Class 2 licence
• Hiab ticket and/or proven experience
• Physical fitness and a good attitude toward manual work
• Strong awareness of health and safety on site
