Leading Hand Carpenter/ Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a team of carpenters in executing various tasks on the construction site.
• Ensure the efficient and timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and project stakeholders to coordinate workflow.
• Prioritize safety measures and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
