Pay rate: $35–$38 per hour (experience dependent)

You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing hard and soft landscaping projects
- Overseeing site operations across high-end commercial and residential builds
- Organising project timelines and ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
- Travelling directly to varied sites across the Auckland region
- Minimum 5 years’ practical experience
- Strong skills in both hard and soft landscaping
- Previous experience as a foreman or in a leadership role
- Must be capable of running a site and crew independently
- Top communicator and project management abilities
- Full Class 1 (manual) driver's licence
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Potential for ongoing work
- Varied job sites across Auckland
- Work with a great crew and supportive team environment
