Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaping Foreman to join our team. As a Landscaping Foreman, you will oversee a crew of landscapers and ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of landscaping techniques, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various landscaping projects.
• Plan and organize daily tasks and assignments for the crew.
• Ensure all work is performed according to company standards and client specifications.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Uphold safety standards and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Landscaping Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and materials.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
