Hard Landscaping Specialist

Responsibilities:

Execute the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
Operate and maintain a variety of construction equipment and tools
Prepare and level surfaces, ensuring proper drainage and structural integrity
Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to bring plans to fruition
Install and work with a variety of materials, including concrete, stone, pavers, and wood
Ensure projects are completed on time and within specified quality standards
Conduct site assessments and provide input on project feasibility
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all phases of construction

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hard landscaping or a related field
Proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools
Knowledge of hardscape materials and construction techniques
Ability to interpret landscape plans and project specifications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical fitness for tasks involving lifting, digging, and prolonged outdoor work
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license
