- Execute the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
- Operate and maintain a variety of construction equipment and tools
- Prepare and level surfaces, ensuring proper drainage and structural integrity
- Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to bring plans to fruition
- Install and work with a variety of materials, including concrete, stone, pavers, and wood
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within specified quality standards
- Conduct site assessments and provide input on project feasibility
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all phases of construction
- Proven experience in hard landscaping or a related field
- Proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools
- Knowledge of hardscape materials and construction techniques
- Ability to interpret landscape plans and project specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness for tasks involving lifting, digging, and prolonged outdoor work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license
