We are currently hunting for reliable General Labourers to join our crews across Rotorua and Lichfield. From residential renovations to large-scale infrastructure projects, no two days are the same.

What will you be doing?You’ll be the backbone of the site. Your day might include:

• Site Prep & Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Demolition Support: Using hand and power tools to clear the way for the new.
• Material Handling: Moving timber, steel, or concrete—keeping the project flowing.
• Assisting Trades: Working alongside Electricians, Builders, and Landscapers.
• Civils & Earthworks: Spotting for machinery or helping with trenching and race ways.

Who are we looking for?We don’t need a degree; we need attitude.

• Reliability: You show up early, every time. No excuses.
• Physical Fitness: You’re happy on your feet and don’t mind a bit of heavy lifting.
• Safety Conscious: You look out for yourself and your mates.
• Transportation: You’ve got a reliable way to get to site (a restricted or full license is a huge bonus!).
