The RoleAs a General Labourer, you will be the backbone of the farm’s daily operations. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied and physically engaging, including:

• Site Maintenance: Keeping the farm and facilities in pristine, "show-room" condition.
• Loading & Unloading: Moving materials, feed, and equipment across the site.
• General Support: Assisting the farm managers and specialized contractors with seasonal projects.
• H&S Compliance: Following strict safety protocols to ensure a zero-harm environment.

• Physical Fitness: You aren't afraid of a hard day's graft and can handle heavy lifting and walking across uneven terrain.
• Reliability: You show up on time, every time. You have your own dependable transport to get to the Lichfield site.

Location & Hours

• Location: Lichfield, Waikato (approx. 10 mins from Putaruru / 25 mins from Tokoroa).
• Hours: Standard farm hours (early starts are part of the charm but there is also options for a night shift).
