Fleet Service Technician

We are on the look out for a Tyre Tech extraordinaire to start as soon as possible with a family orientated business who have purchased a well known and respected franchise here in Rotorua.
You will be working on Commercial and Domestic Vehicles to ensure that they up to a WOF/COF standard.
For this role you will be travelling around the Rotorua Region and also further to ensure that all their fleet vehicles are road safe. This can also involve the repairing/changing of Agriculture tyres on Farmland.


What you will be doing in the role - 

• Servicing Truck and Trailers in yards throughout the Rotoura region, This could be anything from Tyre pressure checking, Rotation of tyres and also replacement Tyres when needed 
• Keeping up to date record of tyres replaced and also any repairs done on site 
• Maintaining your own truck and ensuring that your truck is road safe
• Being on a call out roster for After-Hours/Weekend work 

What we require from you - 

• Knowledge in the Tyre industry and the ability to change and repair tyres 
• Full License is required 
• Role related references
• Pass a Pre-employment drug test
