Expression of Interest: Electricians & Electrical Trade Assistants 
Solar Farm Project 2026 Tradestaff Christchurch is gearing up for a major solar farm project kicking off in early 2026, and we’re seeking experienced Electricians and Electrical TAs to register their interest now.

Roles & Pay Rates Electricians – $38–$43/hour

• NZ EWRB Registered with current practising licence
• Commercial/industrial experience
• Experience on utility-scale solar farms preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing conditions
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork

Electrical Trade Assistants – $27–$29/hour

• Proven experience supporting electrical teams
• Cable pulls, terminations, conduit work
• Solar farm or large-scale infrastructure experience advantageous
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Site Safe or willingness to obtain
