Engineering & Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for a highly experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to take ownership of all engineering and maintenance functions on-site. If you're ready to lead from the front and make an impact, this is the opportunity for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring site and property compliance, including BWOFs and resource consents
• Leading ISO compliance, internal audits, and quality assurance programs
• Being an active member of the Health & Safety Committee
• Driving preventative maintenance plans and ensuring efficient breakdown response
• Leading and motivating the maintenance and engineering team
• Managing external contractors and ensuring full H&S compliance
• Participating in investigations and continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven leadership in engineering or maintenance management
• Strong working knowledge of ISO systems, property compliance, and H&S legislation
• Experience managing budgets, contractors, and capital projects
• The ability to develop systems and lead continuous improvement
• High-level communication skills and team leadership capability
