Are you passionate about working with trucks and have a pre-trade background in mechanics? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Diesel Mechanic Trade Assistant!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior mechanics in diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and repairs for various truck components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Help in keeping records of service and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Interest in and passion for working with trucks and diesel engines.
• Previous experience or pretrade in a related field is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
