Are you an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic looking for a long-term role with stability, variety, and a supportive team? We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our crew, working on a wide range of heavy equipment including diggers, graders, loaders, and dozers.

About the Role: This is a hands-on position involving mechanical repair, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance of heavy diesel vehicles and machinery. You’ll be expected to work independently and as part of a team to keep the fleet in top shape and minimise downtime.

What You’ll Need to Succeed: Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles and equipment
• Experience working on earthmoving machinery such as diggers, graders, loaders, and dozers
• NZ/AUS Resident or valid work visa applicable

Qualifications:

• Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics is essential

Skills:

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Good communication skills – able to work with supervisors, team members, and clients
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures at all times
