Class 5 Driver

Class 5 Driver Wanted – Rotorua More than just driving — this is a hands-on role for someone who likes to stay active. Are you a Class 5 Driver who doesn’t want to be stuck in the cab all day? Do you enjoy a role where you’re on the move, using your strength, and getting stuck in as part of a team? We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working driver to join a well-established Rotorua-based operation.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, varied days, and being part of a hands-on environment. You’ll be operating Class 5 trucks, but you’ll also be getting in and out of the cab regularly to assist with loading, unloading, and site tasks.

About the Role

• Operate Class 5 trucks on local and regional routes
• Get involved with hands-on loading and unloading tasks
• Secure and manage loads safely
• Work closely with yard and site teams
• Complete daily vehicle checks and paperwork
• Maintain a strong focus on safety at all times

This is a physical role, suited to someone who enjoys being active and contributing beyond just driving.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a full Class 5 licence
• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
• Has a strong work ethic and a “get stuck in” attitude
• Can work well as part of a team
• Is reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Takes pride in their work and equipment
• Has the legal requirments to wrk in New Zealand 

Experience in hands-on transport, industrial, or yard-based environments is an advantage.
