Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry work including framing, installing fixtures, and repairing structures.
• Conduct water blasting to clean surfaces effectively.
• Execute painting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain decks and fences to high standards.
• Handle various maintenance and repair jobs as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpentry and related tasks.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment essential for carpentry work.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must have own tools necessary for the job.
