Our client is leading the way in the construction game and has asked us to assist in finding a team leader to lead in their factory in Matamata.
your responsibility would be to manage the day to day running of the Panelised Factory to ensure it is run safely and efficiently.

- There is a Zero Harm environment in regards to health and safety
- Quality Standards are adhered to.
- Resources are used efficiently and in accordance with the plan and budget.
- There is a positive, engaged culture in the factory.
- Ensure that Customers and Factory are kept up to date with the status of the project.
About you:-
- LBP Builder ( ideally)
- Proven Leadership skills
- Proven commitment to Health and Safety
- Proven problem solving skills
- Proven track record in Continuous Improvement
- Experience Manufacturing Management a bonus
- Understanding of the building and timber industry
