Body Corporate Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of commercial properties.
- Conduct and facilitate regular meetings with property owners and board members.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, fee collection, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and community bylaws.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for common areas and shared facilities.
- Act as a central point of communication between residents, property owners, and the board.
- Resolve disputes, enforce community rules, and address resident concerns.
- Arrange a valuation for insurance purposes
- Lodge Insurance claims as required
- Convene and attend any meetings
- Deal with inwards and outwards correspondence
- Prepare notice of and resolutions to be passed
- Notify unit owners of results of any vote or resolution
- Maintain, manage and keep in good state of repair the common property within the terms of the body corporate budget/funds
- All records and databases are maintained
- Previous experience in property or management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial management and budgeting expertise.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
