Solar General Labourer – Northland Region, Tradestaff West Auckland is seeking reliable, hard-working Solar Trade Assistant Labourers to join New Zealand’s largest commercial solar farm project based in the Northland Region. This long-term project is underway now and runs through to May 2026, so we’re looking for people who can commit and turn up every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with solar panel installation
• Pulling and laying cable
• Manual handling and lifting
• General site clean-up and labouring duties

Pay Rate

• $28 per hour

What You’ll Need

• Valid Photo ID (no exceptions)
• CV and 2 recent work references confirming your work history, reliability, and attitude
• Reliable transport and at least a Restricted driver’s licence
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, with ongoing random testing
