We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Trade Assistant Electrical to support busy residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the South Auckland region.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside qualified electricians on a variety of sites.

Location: Varied sites across South Auckland
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $30–$32 per hour (paid weekly, experience dependent)

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting qualified electricians with installing and repairing wiring, lighting, and power systems
• Supporting fault-finding, circuit repairs, and general electrical maintenance
• Handling tools, materials, and safety equipment on site
• Keeping work areas tidy, organised, and hazard-free
• Following all health & safety procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as an Electrical Trade Assistant or in electrical labouring
• Basic understanding of electrical tools and site practices
• Reliable transport (own vehicle preferred)
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Overseas-qualified electricians encouraged to apply
