Tradestaff Tauranga are looking for an experienced Yards person to assist with general duties in the yard for our manufacturing and transport client in Tauranga. Hours are 7am-5pm but can vary depending on the workload, including early starts and potentially Saturdays. This is a long term opportunity with potential to transition into a permanent position. This role has scope to develop skills and train into other aspects of the business including Quality Control, Sales and Service and also Supervision.  Immediate start available for the right candidate

Requirements:

• Prior experience in either Transport or Maintenance Industry
• Mechanical aptitude
• Reasonable ability with Administration to maintain records, complete stock takes and Audits
• Physically fit and strong
• Reliable and good attitude towards work and Health & Safety
• Ideally class 2, OSH Forklift ticket and W endorsement to Operate Loader
