Store Person We’re on the lookout for a reliable Store Person to support the smooth flow of goods and materials within a busy supply environment in Gisborne.
This hands-on role suits someone who’s organised, physically fit, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.

Location: CBD, Gisborne
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $26–28 per hour (paid weekly)
The role: You’ll play a key part in receiving, storing, and distributing stock while maintaining accurate records and supporting internal customers.


Key duties include:

• Receiving, picking, packing, and delivering stock and requisitions
• Processing inward goods, checking deliveries, and booking stock into systems
• Maintaining imprest stock levels and delivering stock to departments
• Operating scanners, trolleys, and forklifts
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
• Providing counter and telephone service for orders
• Completing data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks
• Following health, safety, quality, and organisational procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Current, clean, full driver licence
• Physically fit and able to lift
• Proven data entry experience (Windows-based systems)
• Accurate data entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Effective team player with a can-do attitude
• Good common sense and sense of humour
• Forklift operator’s licence
