Skilled Labourer

We’re looking for multiple Skilled Labourers with a solid background across civil, commercial, and residential construction. If you’ve worked on a variety of sites, are confident using tools, and don’t mind getting stuck into some heavy lifting, this could be the role for you.

Location: Varied sites across Hawke’s Bay
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $25–28 per hour (paid weekly)

In this role, you’ll be involved in:

• Assisting with civil siteworks, including digging, trenching, and backfilling
• Supporting trades on residential and commercial construction sites
• Operating power tools and general site equipment
• Moving and unloading materials around site
• Helping electricians with basic tasks (electrical experience a bonus)

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Physically fit and confident with heavy lifting
• Previous experience on civil, residential, or commercial sites
• Competent using power tools and site equipment
• Reliable transport to get to varied sites
• Electrical experience a bonus
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
