Key Responsibilities:

1. Roof Installation: Execute precise and efficient roof installations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
2. Loft Ladder Installation: Skillfully install loft ladders with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
3. Ridges and Chimney Pot Cladding: Carry out cladding for ridges and chimney pots, contributing to the aesthetic and functional aspects of roofing projects.
4. Fascias Maintenance/Replacement: Conduct maintenance and replacement of fascias, demonstrating proficiency in carpentry and repair work.
5. Re-Felt and Tile: Perform re-felting and tile replacement tasks with precision, ensuring the durability and longevity of roofing systems.

Requirements:

• Working at Heights and Harness Tickets: Possess valid working at heights and harness tickets to ensure a commitment to safety protocols.
• Full License: Hold a full and valid driver's license for commuting to various job sites.
• Full Set of Tools: Must have a complete set of tools required for roofing tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a roofer.
