This awesome Retail Supervisor role would suit someone with previous supervisor experience and duties involve:
This role offers career progression, good training systems and variety of roles in the business at multiple locations.
Hardware store experience is great, but not necessary. Supervisor experience beneficial as you will look after a team.
You do need a great can do attitude in an ever changing environment where there's never a dull moment!

- Supervise your team of 10-20 staff to ensure customers receive a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a positive work culture and look after your team
- Keep stock levels correct to keep up with customer demands
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
