Location: Waikato Region

Employment Type: Temporary Casual Contract (Potential for Permanent)

Pay Rate: $27.50 to $30.50 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Residential Painters to join our team in the Waikato region. This position will begin through Tradestaff on a temporary casual contract, with the potential to become permanent with the client for the right person. If you take pride in your work and have the skills to deliver high-quality finishes, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in residential painting.
• Tools: Must have your own basic painting tools, including brushes and rollers.
• License: Full NZ driver’s license required, with the ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Background Check: Clean criminal record, with a Ministry of Justice check to be conducted.
• Drug & Alcohol Testing: Must be able to pass drug and alcohol tests.
• References: Two references from previous employers required.
• Qualifications: Working at heights and EWP qualifications are advantageous.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and strong.
• Work Rights: Must have the right to work in New Zealand.
• English Skills: Must have a good level of English and be able to follow plans.
• Availability: Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with early morning starts.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
