About the Role:  Tradestaff is recruiting experienced Asphalt Paving Machine Operators to join a reputable Asphalt Crew in Hamilton. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled operators, including paver drivers, roller drivers, and Bobcat operators, to be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt paving equipment with precision and care.
• Perform general maintenance on paving machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Take personal responsibility for the safety of your workmates, the environment, the public, and yourself.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Contribute to achieving team and company objectives by being a supportive and proactive team player.

Requirements:

• Class 2 or 4 NZ driver’s license.
• WTR endorsement.
• Proven experience in asphalt machine operation.
• Strong commitment to safety with a track record to match.
• Self-motivated, driven, and a strong work ethic.
