We’re seeking an experienced Kitchen Assembly Worker to join a close-knit, supportive workshop team. You’ll be responsible for assembling kitchen units and cabinetry from pre-cut components, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout the process. This is a factory/workshop-based position, perfect for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and enjoys being part of a friendly, collaborative environment.

Pay Rate: $27 – $30 per hour (experience dependent)
Type: Full-time, ongoing
Start Date: As soon as possible

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receiving and checking pre-cut kitchen components
• Assembling kitchen units according to plans and specifications
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace
• Working alongside an experienced team committed to quality craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in kitchen assembly, joinery, or cabinetry
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions or drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player
• Any required PPE provided – must follow workshop safety procedures
